U.S. Shipping Policy
For all U.S orders, we offer standard free ground shipping from $100
Expedited shipping is available at $30 for two-day shipping and at $100 for next-day shipping.
We do our best to ensure that orders placed with standard shipping will arrive in 4-7 business days.
Same-Day shipping cutoff time is 12:30pm Mountain Time
Our orders will be shipped from Denver, Colorado.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., U.S. Territories, and Minor Outlying Islands. We also ship to P.O.Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays)
All orders ship via FED EX, UPS and USPS.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped from our warehouse. An order tracking number, carrier specification and a link so that you can access the order status will be available on the email.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS GET LOST OR DAMAGED DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS FROM SAILFISH USA?
- If your item was delivered but not received please alert us at support@sailfish.com and file a claim with the carrier.
- If you make changes to your delivery through the carrier's management service you will no longer be eligible to file a claim
- Please contact support@sailfish.com to help with resolution before pursuing additional options like filing a chargeback with your financial institution. NOTE: your account will be suspended indefinitely if a chargeback is issued.
Shipping Delays, Carrier Delays & Force Majeure
Shipping Timelines
All shipping and delivery timelines provided by sailfish are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been tendered to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our direct control.
Carrier Delays
sailfish is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, or regional carriers. This includes delays related to:
- Weather conditions
- Transportation disruptions
- Mechanical failures
- Labor shortages or strikes
- Peak volume surcharges or congestion
- Customs or inspection delays (for international shipments)
Shipping charges are non-refundable for carrier-related delays once an order has shipped.
Weather-Related Delays
Severe weather events (including storms, floods, wildfires, extreme temperatures, or other natural conditions) may impact carrier operations and delivery timelines. sailfish does not issue refunds for shipping charges or delivery delays caused by weather-related disruptions.
Force Majeure
sailfish shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God
- Natural disasters
- Public health emergencies or pandemics
- Government actions or regulations
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Supply chain disruptions
- Carrier service interruptions
In such events, order fulfillment and delivery timelines may be delayed without liability to sailfish, and shipping fees shall remain non-refundable.
Customer Remedies (Discretionary)
At our sole discretion, sailfish may offer a courtesy resolution—such as store credit or a promotional discount—in cases of extended delays. Any such accommodation is voluntary, non-precedential, and does not constitute an admission of liability.
