RETURN POLICY

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return your eligible sailfish products. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase—if something isn't right, we're here to help.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be in new condition: clean, dry, unaltered, and with original tags and packaging. We’re unable to accept returns on items that are used, marked, or returned in a condition that prevents resale.
  • To send back your items, please choose a shipping carrier that offers tracking and insurance (we recommend UPS, FedEx, or Insured Parcel Post). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We’re unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Before sending anything back, you need to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) from us. This helps us process your return more quickly and efficiently.
  • We’re only able to accept returns on items purchased directly from our US website. Purchases from third-party retailers, consignment stores, or international locations are not eligible for return.
  • Outlet items and discounted gear (clearly marked on product pages) are usually final sale products and not eligible for returns/exchanges. REFRESH Demosuits are final sale and not eligible for returns or warranty claims.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund (minus original shipping and processing fees) within 14 business days. Please allow an additional 5 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

GOOD FAITH RETURNS:

  • We encourage you to try our wetsuits and swimskins—yes, even in the water—before deciding if they’re right for you. We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you decide to return a tested item, please ensure it’s clean, dry, and in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items that show signs of extended use (such as participation in races or training sessions), or that are returned damp, noticeably soiled, carry strong odors, or have been altered, labeled, or customized. Our goal is to ensure fairness for all customers while maintaining the high quality of our returned inventory.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You may exchange for a different size or any other products on our website, if stock is available. We will ship the replacement item(s) out for free. 
  • For exchanges that are not equal in price, sailfish US will refund any differences or contact you to take further payment if it costs more.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 72 hours (3 business days) of receipt. You will be sent shipping confirmation within that time.

FINAL SALE POLICY

  • No Returns or Exchanges: All purchases during a final sale are considered final, meaning returns or exchanges are not permitted. Please ensure that the item(s) is something you or someone in your circle will want and that it will fit them.

  • Check the Sizing: Since exchanges are not possible, it's essential to confirm you're ordering the correct size. Be sure to refer to the sizing chart to ensure a proper fit.

  • No Price Adjustments: Items purchased during a final sale do not qualify for price adjustments or price matches.

  • Sales Tax: Depending on your location, sales tax may still apply to the final sale price.

  • Other Discounts: Team Discounts, First Purchase Discount, and any other discounts are not applicable to closeout products.
