Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return/exchange sailfish products.
- You may swim in your new sailfish wetsuit to make sure you love it as long as you do so within the 30-day window mentioned above.
- We cannot accept returns/exchanges on items that have been damaged, written on or altered in any way or on items that are returned still wet or dirty.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from unauthorized retailers, consignment stores, third party websites, or on items purchased outside of the US.
- Products in the Outlet Store and certain other discounted items (as indicated on product pages) are eligible for exchange or store credit only - no refunds.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. It may take a further 5 business days to appear on your bank card statement.

EXCHANGE POLICY
- You may exchange for a different size or any other products on our website, if stock is available. We will ship the replacement item(s) out for free.
- For exchanges that are not equal in price, sailfish US will refund any differences or contact you to take further payment if it costs more.
- Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. You will be sent shipping confirmation within that time.
