Warranty

sailfish provides a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturer's defect for wetsuits, to consumers who have purchased their wetsuits via the sailfish US online shop. This warranty does not cover abuse or alterations made to the suit by consumers. Consumers may also exchange any wetsuit purchased via the sailfish US online shop within 30 days of shipping for another size...even if the wetsuit has been in the water. We want you to be happy and confident with your sailfish wetsuit purchase. Buy with confidence!

sailfish will also provide a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer's defect for all other products (excluding wetsuits). This warranty does not cover abuse, improper use or environmental extremes like extreme exposure (leaving goggles in a hot car or over-chlorinated pools/hot tubs) and/or alterations made to any product by the consumer. This warranty covers products purchased via the sailfish US online shop and not through third party resellers like eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace and others. 

sailfish guarantees that the purchased products are free of material, manufacturing and construction defects at the time of purchase. The guarantee is void if the defect is due to improper use or to external influences after the time of purchase. 

sailfish demo suits and rental suits are at times "Refreshed" and sold as refreshed suits to the consumer via the sailfish US online shop. These refreshed suits do not qualify for returns/warranties/exchanges.

The territorial scope of this guarantee is the USA.

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY REQUEST:

You may begin the warranty/exchange/return process by clicking HERE. You will need the following information to complete your request: 

  • name
  • the order number & date of purchase
  • a picture and description of the issue

We will process your request as quickly as possible and respond to you, normally within 48 hours of receipt. sailfish reserves the right to deny any return request sent in bad faith at its discretion. For questions regarding the status of your return you may email support@sailfish.com
