This wetsuit was a game changer for me. I had an ill-fitting wetsuit which caused me to panic in the water. When I read the positive reviews of the sailfish One on Slowtwitch, I had to try one. The One's strategically placed Aerofloat Max Neoprene panels gave me the buoyancy gave me that little bit of extra confidence that I needed to succeed. The Zero Resistance panels also provide greater freedom of movement in the shoulders so I found myself not as tired at the end of the swim.
Needless to say, qualifying for Ironman 70.3 Worlds this year was validation that I made the right choice. I would purchase another sailfish One wetsuit a thousand times over.
Somehow a good fit. Easy to put on and remove. Glides well in the water. I liked the fit on this better than the ultimate IPS Plus 4. The only annoying thing is the velcro which sticks all over when inside out. Thus, pulling fiber from the material. Creating several surface fuzz. I returned it. Kept the IPS plus 4. That's a different review.
Excellent fit and balance in the water. Glides through the water super well and has such a light feel in the shoulders super easy on and off. Best of all itfeels fast. So far I have had two open water swims in it and have really been cooking nicely.

Height and weight are your starting points, but your body shape and swimming style matter too. Between sizes? Give more emphasis to weight over height.
